In view of the aforesaid, as the order dated 19.12.2025 has been complied with by the petitioner, no further orders are required to be passed. However, the respondent-bank is directed to pay Rs.15,00,000/- along with accrued interest thereon, if any, to the respondent No.2 within a period of 10 days from today. The other terms and conditions as stated in the Order dated 19.12.2025 are to be complied with within a period of 15 days. The petitions are accordingly disposed of.
