It has been stated that name of Police Station mentioned by the Court as Police Station “Kullu”, whereas the FIR is lodged at Police Station “Manali”. A perusal of the FIR, status report and the application shows that the FIR has been registered at Manali, and Police Station Kullu was inadvertently mentioned. Since, it is purely a clerical error; hence the same is ordered to be corrected and accordingly the name of Police Station “Kullu” mentioned in para 1 shall be read as Police Station “Manali”.
