The petitioner has filed the present petition for reviewing the order dated 24.11.2025 passed by this Court in WPS No. 9918 of 2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that inadvertently WPS No. 9918 of 2025 has been tagged with bunch of cases bearing WPS No. 11009 of 2025 which was decided by this Court on 24.11.2025. The facts of bunch of cases are not similar to the present facts of case, as such the present case was entirely different from the bunch of cases decided by this Court and thus he would pray for recalling of the order. 3. Considering the submission and also considering the fact that facts of the present case are altogether different and it has been wrongly tagged with the bunch of cases, therefore, the order dated 24.11.2025 is recalled and WPS No. 9918 of 2025 is restored to its original number.
