On due consideration, 3 month time is granted as a last opportunity to dispose of the said matter from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5. The trial Court is directed to make all the endevour for disposal of the case within time. The trial Court is also directed to not give any unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
