1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):-
“10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to order respondents to grant 3rd kramonnaties, and other benefits given to other Govt. employees, who have not been given any promotion during service period and to grant pension, gratuity, encashment of leave and other retiral benefit which is given to other Govt. Employees and to pay the amount of arrears of service period and to fix the amount of pension SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Digitally signed by SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Date: 2026.03.25 18:58:23 +0530
2 after grant of all the benefits and to pay the same with interest @ 18%. 10.2 That cost of litigation and any other relief which the Hon’ble Court deems fit may kindly also be awarded.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner got retired from the post of Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat Mangchuwa, Janpad Panchayat Dondi Lohara on 31.03.2022. He would contend that though the petitioner was entitled for promotion, pension, gratuity, leave encashment etc. but till date those benefits have not been extended. He would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation before respondents No. 2 and 3, and in turn, the respondent authorities may be directed to decide it within stipulated time. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for respective respondents would oppose. 4. Taking into consideration limited prayer made by Mr.
Kushwaha, this petition, at this juncture, is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to make a representation before respondents No. 2 and 3 within a period of 30 days, and in turn, the said authorities are directed to take appropriate decision strictly in accordance with the law within further period of 90 days. 5. With the aforesaid observation(s), and direction(s), the instant petition is hereby disposed of. Sd/-
