1. This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC) filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking quashing of FIR bearing 0831/2020 registered at Police Station Samaypur Badli under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, (IPC) and all the consequential proceedings arising thereof.
2. Mr. Sunil Dalal, the learned Senior counsel who appears for respondent no. 3 submits that charge-sheet has already been filed and the matter is listed for consideration of charge before the learned Trial Court on

3. After part submissions, the learned counsel who appears for the petitioners submits that without prejudice to his rights and contentions, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise the same before the learned Trial Court at the stage of charge.
4. The statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to urge all the rights and contentions before the learned Trial Court at the stage of consideration of charge.
5. The learned Trial Court is requested to decide the charges as expeditiously as possible.
