Learned advocate for the respondents says that the petitioner has not completed requisite earthing and wiring. Learned advocate for the petitioner says that the petitioner shall complete necessary earthing and wiring within seven days from date. Once the petitioner completes the earthing and wiring, he shall inform the authorities. The authorities will then proceed to act in terms of the petitioner’s application and provide electricity connection within fifteen days from the date of receiving information that the petitioner has completed the earthing and wiring.
