Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of communication dated 12.08.2026, issued by the Deputy Divisional Manager, HRTC Chamba, which is taken on record. 2. A perusal of the same reveals that third installment amounting to Rs.1,57,803/- has been paid to the petitioner vide cheque No.364333 dated 10.04.2026. 3. Since, this Court while disposing of the petition on 03.04.2025, bearing CWP No.1719 of 2024, titled, Sardar Mohd. vs. HRTC & Anr., had directed the respondents to pay the 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 aforesaid amount in favour of the petitioner within a period of four weeks w.e.f. 03.04.2025, failing which, the petitioner shall be entitled to interest @6% from the date of default, the respondents-Corporation is bound to pay the interest on the aforesaid amount. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents undertakes to pay the interest within a period of four weeks. In case, the amount is not paid within the aforesaid period, the petitioner shall be at liberty to ;le an application for revival of the execution petition. 5.
