Learned advocate appearing for the respondent-Electricity Authority, submits that the same would be considered within a reasonable period of time. Having regard to the nature of the prayer advanced, I direct that the representation dated 24th January, 2026 filed by the petitioner namely Anima Toppo be considered and disposed of within a period of four weeks from date of communication of this order. The concerned authority would pass a reasoned order and dispose of the application within the scheduled time without any further delay. Accordingly, WPA/99/2026 is disposed of.
