Insofar as the relief sought with respect to the settlement of terminal benefits, including pension, is concerned, the same can be considered only upon submission of the necessary proposal by the third respondent pursuant to the proceedings dated 14.03.2026. Accordingly, the third respondent is directed to submit the necessary proposals to the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon such submission, the first respondent shall take all necessary steps to release the terminal and other pensionary benefits to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, within a period of three months thereafter.
