The present Rent Control Revision Petition, filed under Section 25-B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, seeks to assail the Judgment and Order dated 11.09.2025 passed by the learned Additional Rent Controller-01, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, in Eviction Petition bearing RC ARC No. 420/2024, whereby an eviction order was passed against the Petitioner herein. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the present Petition has become infructuous, and may be dismissed as such, as possession of the suit premises has already been handed over to the Respondent. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No further orders are required to be passed. 4.
