This civil application is filed for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.6 namely, Sunil Baburao Khare, who died on 02/05/2024. The respondent No.6A to 6C are the only legal heirs of deceased as per averments in civil application. There is a delay of 744 days caused in filing civil application. Now, the prayer is also made for condonation of delay. 7. Considering above, application stands allowed. Delay stands condoned.
