The bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as “BNSS”), read with Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as “CrPC”), has been filed on behalf of the applicant, seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 57/2026, registered under Sections 333, 115(2), 324(5), 351(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as “BNS”), at Police Station North Rohini, Delhi. 3. Learned APP for the State submits that the applicant has joined the investigation in compliance with the directions of this Court. This is a digitally signed order. Learned counsel for the complainant submits that, as the applicant and the complainant belong to the same village, he has no objection to the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that, in the event of arrest, the applicant shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to his furnishing a bail bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned SHO/IO, and subject to the following conditions: i) The applicant shall join the investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer and shall provide his mobile number and permanent residential address to the IO by tomorrow. (ii) The applicant shall remain available on the mobile number(s) shared by him with the Police. iii) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any attempt to influence the witnesses or tamper with the evidence in any manner. iv) In the event of any change in his residential address or contact details, the applicant shall promptly intimate the same to the concerned IO/SHO. v) The applicant shall not leave the country without prior permission of the learned Trial Court. 6. Accordingly, the present application is allowed in the above terms and stands disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. 7. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent for necessary information and compliance. 8. Nothing stated herein shall be construed as an expression on the merits of the case.
