JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 03/02/2026 Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing at some length has made a limited prayer that since the petitioner institution has already fulfilled the deficiency pointed out by the respondent authorities, the petitioner authority may be permitted to make a fresh application for change of place of school. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondent authorities have no objection in case the petitioner [2026:RJ-JP:5113] (2 of 2) [CW-12744/2025] submits a fresh application for change of place of school which may be considered and decided by the respondent authorities in accordance with law. In view of the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner and the submissions made by the counsel for the respondent, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner institution to make a fresh application for change of place of school to the competent authority who shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass an appropriate order. It is also made clear that the respondent authorities shall determine the Examination Center for the students of the petitioner school who are standard in class 5 and 8.
