CRMP No.3442 of 2026 This application has been filed for extension of time in depositing the balance amount in terms of order dated 16.06.2026 with prayer to revive the interim protection granted to the petitioner in the said order. It has been submitted that petitioner had deposited Rs.50,000/- in the Registry of this Court and undertakes to arrange and deposit the balance amount in terms of order dated 16.06.2026 within a further period of four weeks. It has been further submitted that petitioner will continue to pay the monthly maintenance in terms of order dated 16.06.2026. No objection is communicated by learned counsel for the respondent. Accordingly, the time to deposit the balance amount in terms of order dated 16.06.2026 is extended upto 11.09.2026 and petitioner shall continue to pay the monthly maintenance in terms of order dated 16.06.2026. Therefore, the interim protection granted vide order dated 16.06.2026 is revived, subject to strict compliance with aforesaid directions. Application stands disposed of.
