Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following relief:- (i) That the impugned office order dated 07.07.2026 contained in Annexure P-1 may kindly be quashed and set aside and the petitioner may kindly be directed to discharge his duties at present place of posting.” 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has been disturbed without appreciating that he is to superannuate in the month January 2025. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent-Board 2 submitted that the petition is completely misconceived. He submitted that the petitioner has been posted in SDMA-HP- Control Room, Secretariat only up to 15.9.2026 and thereafter he can go back and join at Sub Division Chaba, District Shimla, H.P. 4. In the light of this fact, the instant petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner will immediately report for duty at SDMA-HP-Control Room, HP Government Secretariat and on 15.9.2026, he will be relieved from the present place back to Chaba from where he will be allowed to superannuate.
