In the light of the fact that the petitioner has already completed a normal tenure at Government Senior Secondary School, Bachhwai, District Kangra, H.P, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the Department will reconsider the transfer of the petitioner and adjust him at a non-triable area and if possible, at a station of his choice as he is nearing superannuation. 3. Representation for his adjustment be filed by the petitioner to the Competent Authority within one week. Appropriate orders be passed thereupon by the Competent Authority within two weeks as from the date of receipt of the representation, after giving personal hearing to the petitioner.
