Arun”, the respondent no.3-defendant, was restrained by the Tehsildar Sadar, District Dehradun on 14.11.2025 from creating any third party interest over the property-in-question. The date 20.03.2026 was fixed in the said case, but, on 06.02.2026, the Tehsildar Sadar preponed the case and recalled the order dated 14.11.2025 without giving any notice to the petitioner. 2. Heard Mr. Deepak Petshali, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Mr. Deepak Petshali, Advocate, has requested to permit the petitioner Atul Negi to withdraw the 1 2026:UHC:2439 present writ petition to challenge the order dated 06.02.2026 before the Competent Authority. 4. The present writ petition (WPMS No.839 of 2026) is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 06.02.2026 before the Competent Authority, but in accordance with law. 5.
