Devinder Kumar & others, preferred by the State Government before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, stands dismissed vide judgment/ order dated 29.07.2026, by granting further four months time from the date of passing of the judgment to the State Government to do the needful in terms of judgment passed by this Court in CWP No.3361/2025, alongwith other connected matters, on 25.04.2026. Therefore, in this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in the present application and the matter is closed However, if the applicant/petitioner is still aggrieved, he is at liberty to avail appropriate remedy, as available to him under the law.
