The instant civil miscellaneous petition has been filed for restoration of W.P(C) No.7214 of 2016 to its original file which was dismissed in default vide order dated 16.08.2019. 2. By referring paragraph no.6 of the instant petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has stated that due to COVID pandemic there was communication gap between the conducting counsel and the petitioner and, as such, for non-compliance of the order of this Court, which was peremptory in nature, the same was dismissed in default by the learned writ Court vide order dated 16.08.2019. It has been submitted that W.P(C) No. 7214 of 2016 may be restored to its original file otherwise the petitioner may suffer irreparable loss and injury. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the OP-CCL has raised no objection, rather a statement has been made that the instant petition for restoration may be allowed so that W.P(C) No. 7214 of 2016 may be decided on its own merit. 4. Considering such submission and after being satisfied with the cause shown in the instant petition, the present petition for 2026:JHHC:19303 2 restoration is allowed and W.P(C) No. 7214 of 2016 is restored to its original file. 5.
