Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to process and decide the Petitioner’s passport application bearing ARN No. 23- 0012694908 within a time-bound period; b. Direct the Respondents to consider the Petitioner’s request for correction of the date of birth as 30.06.2000 on the basis of documentary evidence submitted by the Petitioner; c. Direct the Respondents to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the Petitioner’s application;.” 2.
