Prayer ‘b.’ in the writ petition reads as follows: “b. An order directing the Sub-Registrar to forthwith register the sale deed of the writ petitioner upon compliance of other formalities.” In view of the respondent authorities, being the Administration, are willing to proceed with the registration of the sale deed, I am of view that the same be concluded within a period of six weeks. In view of such consideration of the prayer ‘b.’ by the respondent authorities, no further adjudication is required in respect of the writ petition. Accordingly, the authorities would abide by the representation made before this Court. With the aforesaid observation and direction, WPA/85/2026 is disposed of. ( Tirthankar Ghosh, J. )
