Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent, on the other hand, has produced a copy of the notice dated 03.04.2025 issued to the Petitioner, calling upon him to appear before the concerned Authority on 08.04.2025, 11.04.2025 and 17.04.2025. 2. In view of the aforesaid position, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to avail the remedy before the Appellate Authority. 3. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
