Counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the present writ petition, challenging the One-Time Settlement (OTS), which was offered by the respondents on 26.03.2022 to settle the loan account. 2. On 04.08.2026, we had passed the following order:- “Counsel for the respondent-bank has placed on record order dated 20.02.2026, passed by the National Company Law Tribunal Chandigarh Bench, wherein, resolution professional has been appointed and moratorium, in terms of Section 14 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, has been imposed. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:34178 Counsel for the petitioner prays a week’s time accordingly. List on 12.08.2026.” 3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that, in view of the said order, he is not in a position to press the present petition. It is further pointed out that the petitioner has already approached the National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
