Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in 4th line of para 6 of the order dated 24.02.2026, words “Collector, Janjgir-Champa” have wrongly been typed in place of words “Collector, Jashpur”, therefore, the order dated 24.02.2026 by this Court in WPC No. 127 of 2026 deserves to be modified accordingly. 3. The prayer is not opposed by counsel for the respondents. 4. On due consideration and the submission made by counsel for the petitioner, the prayer is allowed. It is directed that in 4th line of para 6 of the order dated 24.02.2026 passed in WPC No. 127 of 2026, the words- “Collector, Janjgir-Champa” be read as ”Collector, Jashpur”. Rest of conditions mentioned in the order shall remain intact. 5. The order dated 24.02.2026 stands modified accordingly and be read along with this order. 6. Accordingly, the M.C.C. stands disposed of. 7. A copy of this order be placed on the file of WPC No. 127 of 2026.
