4. Petitioner has made representation to the competent authority in Uttarakhand Pollution Control Board regarding his regularisation, wherein he has contended that he is serving as Accountant for the last more than 23 years against a sanctioned vacant post. The last representation was made on
23.02.2026. Since no decision is taken thereupon, therefore, petitioner has approached this Court.
5. Mr. Ravi Bisht, learned counsel, holding brief of Mr. Aditya Pratap Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Pollution Control Board submits that decision on the petitioner’s representation, if already not taken, shall be taken expeditiously.
6. The writ petition is, accordingly,
disposed of by directing the Secretary, Uttarakhand Pollution Control Board to
2026:UHC:2331 place petitioner’s claim before the committee formed for regularisation and the committee shall take decision in the matter, as per law, within three months from the date of such placement.
