1. By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following prayers:
“a. Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction commanding Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to decide, act upon, and conclude a time-bound administrative inquiry into the Petitioner’s formal complaint dated 10.02.2026 (read with the email representation dated 03.03.2026); b. A Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction commanding Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to pass a reasoned order regarding the cancellation and/or suspension of Udyam Registration Certificate bearing No. UDYAM-DL-11-0004958 fraudulently obtained by Respondent No. 3; c. A Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction directing Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to initiate appropriate statutory penal proceedings under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 against Respondent No. 3 for providing false declarations and misrepresenting foundational jurisdictional facts;”

and in view of the issue involved in the instant petition, this Court finds it appropriate to direct that the present petition filed before this Court be treated as a representation on behalf of the petitioner, and the respondents are directed to decide the same in addition to the representation already filed, within a period of four weeks from date, under intimation to the petitioner herein. 3. In above terms, the present petition along with pending application stands disposed of. 4. In case of any further grievance, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court by way of a fresh writ petition. 5. The order be uploaded on the website forthwith. DR.
