Through the present Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner in substance wants that the High Court should interfere in the pending investigation. 2. Furthermore, the petitioner inter-alia, has made the following two substantive prayers: a) Issue directions to the respondent No. 2 to consider and decide his representations dated 25.03.2026, 05.07.2026, 08.07.2026, 14.07.2026 and 01.08.2026. b) Directions be issued to respondent No. 2 not to issue Show Cause Notices selectively. 3. Investigation in the present matter is pending. 4. While excising the Writ Jurisdiction, the constitutional court is not expected to interfere in the pending investigations.
