1. The parties, though have made various submissions, however, they aggrieved for the following directions: i. The petitioner shall keep his defence evidence of not more than two witnesses on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Those witnesses shall be made available by the petitioner without any summons being issued by the concerned Court. ii. If the petitioner fails to produce any defence evidence, no further opportunity shall be granted.
2. On the next date of hearing, the Court shall make an endeavour to record the defence evidence, and if, for any reason beyond the control of the Court, the hearing defers on the following date, the defence evidence be concluded. From the date of conclusion of the defence evidence, the final decision be rendered by the concerned Court within a period of three months.
3. With these directions, the petitions stand disposed of.
