HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 09/01/2026 1. Petitioners have filed this anticipatory bail application under Section 482 B.N.S.S. arising out of F.I.R. No.104/2025 registered with the Police Station, Nadbai, District Bharatpur for offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 125 & 189(2) of B.N.S., 2023. 2. Heard. 3. Considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Public Prosecutor and so also perused the case diary. 4. On perusal of the case diary, it is revealed that the complainant party has sustained four injuries, out of which one [2026:RJ-JP:886] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-10633/2025] injury has been opined to be grievous in nature by sharp weapon. 5. Taking into consideration the nature of injuries and so also the allegations levelled against the petitioners and more particularly the fact that the incident has occurred because at one point of time, one of the accused petitioners was found to be involved in a rape case and the victim was family member of the complainant party, this Court is not inclined to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6.
