The petitioners have preferred the present petition under section 36(2) of the arbitration and conciliation act, 1996, seeking an unconditional stay of the operation of the arbitral award dated 26.06.2024 along with corrigendum dated 06.09.2024 passed by the learned sole arbitrator, Sh. Mihir Das. 2. The petitioners had earlier challenged the said award by filing a petition under section 34 of the arbitration and conciliation act, 1996, being AP 2/2025. This court, vide judgment dated 11.03.2026, dismissed the said section 34 petition. 2 3. In view of the dismissal of the challenge to the award, no grounds survive for granting any stay under section 36(2). 4. Accordingly, the present petition is also dismissed. (Gaurang Kanth, J.)
