In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the concerned respondents for thorough investigation into Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 171/2024. A further prayer has been made for release of the recovered/ freezed money of Rs.18,28,070/- which has already been allowed vide order dated 09.08.2024 by the learned Special Judge, Cyber Crimes, Ranchi. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the amount of Rs.18,28,070/- belonging to the petitioner was freezed by the Bank, an application was preferred before the concerned Court in Misc. Cr. App. No. 2246/2025 and vide order dated 09.08.2024, the said prayer was allowed and a direction was given to return the amount freezed in the beneficiary Bank Account of the petitioner as interim custody. It is the grievance of the petitioner that despite the said order, the amount in question has not been released in favour of the petitioner. Learned AC to Sr.AAG has opposed the prayer made in this application. It appears that the predominant submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite the order dated 09.08.2024, passed by the learned AJC-II cum Special Judge, Cyber Crimes, Ranchi and despite furnishing of the surety bond of Rs.18,00,000/-, the freezed amount has not been released. The petitioner can very well approach the concerned Court for redressal of his grievance and bring to the notice of the Court that the order dated 09.08.2024 has not been complied with despite the part of the direction upon the petitioner having been complied with by him.
