Mr. Balram Sharma, Deputy Solicitor General of India, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. By way of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following relief:- “i. Issue a writ, order or direction especially a writ, order or direction especially in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to grant one notional increment due on 1.01.2026 for the services rendered in the calendar 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025 along with all consequential benefits including arrears w.e.f. 01.01.2026 with interest @ 9% till realization in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in case titled as The Director (Admn. & HR) Vs. C.P. Mundinamani & Ors., as well as various decisions of Constitutional Courts, including the decision of this Hon'ble Court in Mast Ram Chaudhary vs. State of H.P. & Anr in CWP No. 2234 of 2025., and the 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:33620 O.M. dated 20.05.2025 issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Department of Personnel & Training.” 3. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Deputy Solicitor General of India, as agreed, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall file a fresh representation with regard to the issues raised by way of this writ petition within two weeks from today and as from the date of the receipt of the representation, appropriate call shall be taken thereupon by the Authority within a period of six weeks thereafter in light of the contents of the representation as also the judgments mentioned therein. It goes without saying that the representation shall be disposed of by passing a reasoned and a speaking order. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any also stand disposed of accordingly.
