Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2026 and charge sheet has already been submitted. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite party-State has opposed the prayer for bail. 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of the FIR this court finds that there is specific allegation made against the petitioner. In view of the direct allegation made against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
