Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J In view of enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction vide notification dated 17.10.2022 read with corrigendum dated 06.12.2022, these cases, as prayed by learned counsel for the parties, are ordered to be transferred to the learned District Judge concerned. The seat of arbitration was in District Shimla. Accordingly, the present petitions are transferred to learned District Judge Shimla, which has been designated as Commercial Division. The parties through their respective learned counsel are directed to appear before the learned District Judge Shimla on 10.09.2026. Registry is directed to transmit the record of the cases forthwith to the concerned Court. The amount, if any, lying deposited in the instant case(s) shall also be transferred to the concerned Court, where it shall be invested in accordance with law.
