3. By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks following prayers:
“a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus and/or certiorari or any other writ directing the Respondents to unblock/restore the Petitioner's CGHS Pensioner Card bearing No. 8511479 and the consequent CGHS pensioner facilities; b. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus and/or certiorari or any other writ directing the Respondents to ensure that the Petitioner is able to avail all CGHS medical facilities and benefits as per This is a digitally signed order. After hearing learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties and in view of the issue involved in the instant petition, this Court finds it appropriate to direct that the present petition filed before this Court be treated as a representation on behalf of the petitioner, and the respondents are directed to decide the same, within a period of eight weeks from date, under intimation to the petitioner herein.
6. In above terms, the present petition stands disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
7. In case of any further grievance, the petitioners will be at liberty to approach this Court by filing a fresh writ petition.
