Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the private respondent No.5 has encroached Government land, therefore, on being application filed by the petitioner, the aforesaid revenue case has been registered by the Naib Tahsildar Kharsia (Respondent No.4) against respondent No.5 which is pending consideration since 2022 and same has not been concluded till date. Hence, the respondent No.4 may be directed to decide the same expeditiously within stipulated time frame. 3. Learned State counsel submits the revenue case is under consideration and same will be decided expeditiously. 4. Having considered the limited grievance of the petitioner, without entering into merits of the case, this petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4- Naib Tahsildar Kharsia to decide the afore-mentioned revenue case expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy/submission of this order, in accordance with law. 5.
