The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jirwbarari P.S. Case No. 131 of 2025 registered under sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 326, 324(4), 351 (2) and 3 (5) of BNS, Act, 2023 pending in the Court of learned C.J.M, Sahibganj. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. She next submits that the loan of Rs. 29,000/- has been taken by the brother-in-law for that altercation took place. She also submits that false allegations are made of setting the motorcycle on fire. On these grounds, she submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that there is direct allegation against the petitioner and another co-accused. 5. Looking into contents of F.I.R, it transpires that allegations are there against the petitioner of assault and setting the motorcycle of the informant on fire. The witnesses have supported the case in para 4, 5 and 6 of the case diary which has come in the order of the learned Sessions Judge. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
