Heard Mr. Dheerendra Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Nitansh Jaiswal, learned Deputy Government Advocate for respondents / State. 2. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “10.1 That, thus hon'ble court my kindly please to call entire record pertaining to case of the petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be please to set aside of the impugned notice dated 15.03.2023 ANNEXURE P/1 issued by the respondent no. 4. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be please to direct the respondent authority to pay compensation of Rs 50,00000/-(Fifty Lacs) to the petitioner due to without following provision of law, and name of the petitioner mention in the 'Gunda List' (History Sheet) and also always harassment to the petitioner and false implication 3 times because petitioner has made complainant against the SHO Palari District Balodabazar-Bhatapara (C.G.) 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be please to any other relief or reliefs may also be granted to the petitioner which this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition stating that the representations filed by the petitioner have already been decided and the same has been rejected by the respondent authorities during the pendency of the present petition. 3 4. In view of the same, as prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to take recourse to law, if aggrieved with the rejection of the representation by the competent Authority.
