This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive relief: - “(i) That impugned orders dated 26.10.2024 & 21.04.2026 as Annexure P-8 & P-9 be quashed & set aside. (ii) That the income certificate No.0504TE/1588/2013 dated 23.03.2013 may kindly be quashed and set aside. (iii) That the appointment of the respondent No.5 may kindly be quashed and set aside. (iv) That the respondent may kindly be directed to appoint the petitioner as Anganwari worker at Anganwari centre Gassaud-II Tehsil Sadar, District Bilaspur, H.P.” 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 2. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently incorrect parties have been impleaded in the writ petition. Even the petitioner has not been impleaded correctly. Certain relevant documents have also not been placed on record. Therefore, petitioner be permitted to withdraw the instant petition.
