Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner while working on the post of Librarian in Govt. Girls Polytechnic, Raipur is transferred to Govt. Girls Polytechnic, Jagdalpur on administrate ground. Petitioner has challenged the order of transfer by filing WPS No.593 of 2025 on two grounds i.e. wife of the petitioner is also a Govt. servant and posted at Raipur and secondly that transfer is in the mids of academic session. That writ petition was disposed of directing the Committee constituted under the Transfer Policy to decide the representation to be submitted by petitioner within specified time frame. Representation submitted before the Committee was rejected by impugned order. He however submits that inadvertently petitioner 3 / 3 could not raise the ground that petitioner has been granted permission to pursue PHD course in the year 2024 which is still continuing and therefore petitioner may be permitted to submit fresh representation before the Committee constituted under the Transfer Policy and a direction be issued to Committee to consider the representation on the new ground to be raised by petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the State submiss that as the petitioner is only seeking direction to decide the representation to be submitted by the petitioner before the Committee, she is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit fresh representation before the Committee constituted under the Transfer Policy raising ground as raised in this writ petition and if such representation is submitted, concerned Committee shall consider and take decision on representation in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of representation.
