Case No. 52 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 308(2), 303(2), 109, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other co-accused went and demanded Rangdari from the informant and thereafter they have brutally assaulted the victim causing injuries to him. 4. Considering the serious allegation levelled against the petitioner of demand of Rangdari and assault, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.
