ೆಆಎಂ/ಎ/07/2025-26 has been preferred by respondent No.4 before respondent No.1 against the action initiated by the petitioner herein. In the said appeal, respondent No.1 has granted an ex-parte interim order dated 23.12.2025 in favour of respondent No.4. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed with a prayer to set aside the interim order granted by respondent No.1. 2. During the course of arguments, both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 together submit that the petitioner is having an alternative and efficacious remedy before respondent No.1 itself by filing an appropriate application for vacating the interim order granted in favour of respondent No.4. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:25346 WP No. 12311 of 2026 3. As the petitioner is having an alternative and efficacious remedy available before respondent No.1, the Writ Petition is hereby disposed of, with a liberty to the petitioner to file a necessary application for vacating the interim order granted by respondent No.1.
