ORAL ORDER
Appeal No.ೆಆಎಂ/ಎ/07/2025-26 has been preferred by respondent No.4 before respondent No.1 against the action initiated by the petitioner herein. In the said appeal, respondent No.1 has granted an ex-parte interim order dated 23.12.2025 in favour of respondent No.4. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed with a prayer to set aside the interim order granted by respondent No.1.
2. During the course of arguments, both the
learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 together submit that the petitioner is having an alternative and efficacious remedy before respondent No.1 itself by filing an appropriate application for vacating the interim order granted in favour of respondent No.4.

3. As the petitioner is having an alternative and efficacious remedy available before respondent No.1, the Writ Petition is hereby disposed of, with a liberty to the petitioner to file a necessary application for vacating the interim order granted by respondent No.1. If such an application is filed, respondent No.1 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, without being influenced by any of the observations made hereinabove, within a period of three (03) months from the date of filing of such application. Respondent No.1 is also directed to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible.
