ORDER: (per Hon’ble Sri Justice Ravi Nath Tilhari)
The respondent is the decree holder. The present petitioners are the judgment debtors. By way of present C.R.P under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, they have challenged the order dated 08.01.2026 passed in the E.P to issue warrant against the judgment debtor Nos.1 and 2. 2. Sri K.Gunasekhar, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the E.P itself has been dismissed. Consequently, the C.R.P has been rendered infructuous. 3.
Without observing anything on the aforesaid, as requested by the petitioners’ counsel, the C.R.P is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 4
