During hearing, Mr. Raju Datta, learned Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner earlier filed another bail application bearing B.A. No.129 of 2025 before this Court and on the date of hearing when he could see that there was no merit in bail application, said bail application was not pressed, and accordingly, it was rejected vide order dated 18.12.2025. But when the present bail application is filed, the said submission of earlier bail application is totally suppressed in violation of Order No.12 dated 25.04.2013 issued by the High Court of Tripura. Ms. Megha Sarkar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she was not aware of the said fact. She also submits that her client has not informed her about filing of the pervious case and it may be so that her client also does not know the said fact. The Court has considered the submissions of both sides. As it appears, the present petition is liable to be rejected for suppression of said fact in violation of Order No.12. Accordingly, without further examining the merit of the bail application, the same is rejected for suppression of material fact by the petitioner.
