The challenge is to the impugned transfer order dated 21-3-2023. The order is passed in terms of Government Resolution (G.R.) dated 7-4-2021. We are informed that the said G.R. has been superseded by G.R. dated 18-6-2024. Even otherwise, the transfer order, being of the year 2023, the petitioner must have joined the posting and would be due for subsequent transfer and that will be governed by subsequent G.R. That appears to be the reason why nobody is appearing for the petitioner. The petition is accordingly disposed of as not prosecuted. 3.
