By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs in the petition : 10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, thereby 3 setting-aside/quashing the impugned order dated 09.09.2020 (Annexure P/1). 10.2 That any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the cost of the petition may be given. 2. Mr. Vikas Dubey, Advocate appears and submits that this petition was originally filed by Gram Panchayat Korra through its then office bearers. However, after formation of a new Gram Panchayat, no instructions have been received from the newly formed body to continue this petition. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner pleads no instructions in the matter. 3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
