Criminal Writ Petition(Parole) No.94/2025. [2026:RJ-JP:6527-DB] (2 of 3) [CRLMA-361/2025] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this court while granting first regular parole of 20 days to the petitioner imposed the condition of furnishing a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of like amount. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the financial condition of the petitioner is very poor. He is ready to furnish a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- but is unable to furnish two sureties of Rs. 50,000/-each.
