This application is directed against the order dated 16.03.2026 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 59 of 2026 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge Children Court, Hazaribag whereby and whereunder the order dated 17.02.2026 passed by the learned Principal Magistrate (Juvenile Justice Board), Hazaribag in connection with Ichak P.S. Case No. 55 of 2023 rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been affirmed. 3. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in Remand Home since 05.10.2025. It has further been submitted that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has been implicated falsely. Learned counsel adds that if the petitioner is granted bail, his father shall ensure that the petitioner is kept away from anti-social elements. Learned counsel also adds that the post-mortem report is not on record. 4. Learned Spl.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 5. It appears that after one Laxman Pandey was shot at and as a retaliation, the petitioner who was having a firearm had shot at the informant, who was seriously injured and subsequently, died after five months. There is a specific allegation against the petitioner of being involved in a gang-war and he was also armed with a pistol with which he had committed the murder of the informant. Regard being had to the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the impugned order dated 16.03.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge Children Court, Hazaribag in Criminal Appeal No. 59 of 2026 and consequently, this Revision Application stands dismissed at this stage.
