The present writ petition has been filed questioning the action of the respondents in placing the petitioner under suspension without completing enquiry. By virtue of interim order dated 25.08.2006, the impugned proceedings of suspension were set aside pending further orders. The writ petitioner then was aged about 51 years. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that the cause in the writ petition would not survive any longer. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive in case the cause survives.
